The house has an entrance with wc, a stay, a open kitchen with adjoining cellar, a corner office can be closed to become a guest room, a master bedroom on the ground floor (direct access to the terrace) with personal bathroom and two children's rooms at upstairs with bathroom storage.

A small garage can serve as a storage room.

The house is covered by three tiled roofs and a roof terrace.

House in C

The C shape create a small cocoon protector for the outdoor terrace, well protected from winds and from neighbors.

Architect's house

One blueprint combines functionality and aesthetics while reducing corridor surfaces to a strict minimum. The Ferre house has less than 4m2 of hallway! The pantry is glued to the kitchen.

Modernized traditional house

The architecture implements roofs in variegated tiles orange-red single-slope and tri-slope. Inserting a volume in roof terrace red coating and of large bay windows bring a touch very contemporary.
