Faul House

This contemporary architect's house is very original thanks to its consecutive roofs and its two-tone color scheme. Optimized in its internal organization, it makes it possible to offer a long vacation of 46 m2 and 3 bedrooms in a house of 100 m2 (the hallways are minimal).

She offers :

- a long vacation with open kitchen (pantry directly linked to the kitchen),

- a small mezzanine with empty on living room (the staircase is visible in the living room which gives it a warm and cozy feel)

- a parental space including a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet,

- a separate space dedicated to children comprising two bedrooms with wardrobe, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The Terrace enjoys a part completely covered which allows you to eat outside even in the rain.

Plan features

L-shaped house

The L shape offers intimate outdoor spaces and protected winds and vis-à-vis neighbors while remaining relatively opened on the garden.

Architect's house

Architect's plan is functional and has very little wasted space. The Faul house has less than 5m2 of corridors.

Traditional house

The architecture implements roofs in variegated tiles orange-red. The fact of dissociating the volumes and proposing a two-tone color brings a contemporary touch.

3 bedroom house plan

This house includes 3 rooms and an mezzanine in the attic which can be used as an extra bedroom.

Partial storey house plan

Partial floor allows here to offer a high central volume, interesting in architecture to mark the main wing. In addition, inside the living room is uncapped on a part so as to offer a little more volume.
