Faille House

This contemporary house from single storey of 140 m² includes a long vacation of more than 47 m² with corner office, a open kitchen with ilôt central and direct access to the cellar (then to the carport), a well separated sleeping area offering a bedroom with dressing room, two children's bedrooms with wardrobe, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The concept of this house is insertion of a vegetated fault between the sleeping area and the day corner offering a view of nature (green patio in the foreground and garden in the background) when the front door is opened (while limiting the view of visitors on the spaces of the house).

Very open to the South by large bay windows, she benefits from two covered terraces by pergolas : A South, facing the living room, opening onto the swimming pool and an East directly linked to the kitchen. A herb planter connect the two.

A carport allows the parking of two cars. It comes with a closed storage space for storing gardening tools and bicycles.

The living room benefits from a traditional exposed frame bringing warmth to the interior.

The facades are covered with a white plaster and the roof is in black tiles. Many planters decorate the whole.
