Entoure House

The Entoure house is designed for sloping land.

Built on two different platforms, she keeps at main level the stay, the parental suite and the garage in order to preserve for its inhabitants a ease of use at any time of life.

It includes a first level with an entrance with cupboard and WC, a garage, a laundry room, a cellar, a long living room with L-shaped open kitchen, a guest room and an parental suite (office, dressing room, bathroom, wc, bedroom overlooking the garden).

The lower level giving access to another part of the garden (lower) accommodates the two children's rooms, a bathroom and a large storage space.

The outdoor terrace is good protected vis-à-vis neighbors thanks to the layout in C and the East and West advances.

Cars parked in the garage (2 places) or outside.

Fully covered by roof terraces, it offers a ceiling height more important in the living room (very luminous).

Plan features

T-house

The T shape allows you to create several different views and orientations depending on the wings of the house, also avoiding the opposite between rooms. The light natural is thus sufficient and privacy protected.
