Ecran House

This architect house of 164 m² presents a resolutely contemporary thanks to these nested volumes and his partial floor. The C shape of the house creates a intimate cocoon for outdoor spaces (terrace and swimming pool).

The entrance with storage and WC provides access to the main wing, while being slightly set back and intimidated thanks to a screen. the living room of 48 m² and the food of 20 m² (open but in gap so that the living room does not have a direct view of the worktops) open generously onto the terrace thanks to large bay windows. To accentuate the C shape, the pool-house (which also serves as summer kitchen) is connected to the house by a pergola (with Sun blocker vertical also protecting from the wind). This covered area is direct link with the food, thus facilitating the service of meals.
