This contemporary house in C, with a surface area of 126 m², has three wings comprising:
- One starter, one large living room with open kitchen (but slightly separated by an offset) and pantry,
- A parental wing with office area, small hallway opening onto the garden, dressing room, bathroom and bedroom (with direct access to the terrace and at the swimming pool)
- A children's wing comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet
These three wings are articulated around the terrace to create a intimate cocoon for the pool and the dining area.
In the North, a carport allows parking a car and storing wood for the chimney.
The roofs of the house are tiled. To give the whole a very contemporary, these are extended by caps(also to protect the berries from overheating). The carport is covered by a roof terrace.
The facades are clad with drink and coated.

House in C
The C shape allows you to create a cocoon intimate for the terrace and the pool while protecting itself from possible neighbors and the wind. It can also create shade in different places in order to offer several outdoor spaces following times of the day.
Architect's house
Architect's plan combines functionality and aesthetics. The children's rooms and the parental suite are well separated thus allowing sufficient privacy for everyone.
Modernized traditional house
