This contemporary architect-designed house of 157 m² is planned for medium slope land. Creating a protective cocoon at the level of its terraces thanks to its location in C open, it can also be adapted to places subject to wind.
It is organized on several levels :
- The main wing, the highest, houses the entrance (with cupboard), thestay in L(including a slightly raised office area thanks to a walk) with open kitchen(and cellar directly linked to the latter)
- The parent's wing includes a dressing room overlooking a patio intimately, a bedroom (with direct access to the terrace) and a bathroom,
- The children's wing consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor with shower room and separate WC and a bedroom upstairs. The children's wing is well separated from the living room (acoustically) by a corridor with patio.
A carport can accommodate two vehicles.
