Caize House

This contemporary house is very intimate thanks to its location and you which also protects it from the winds. Organized according to a plan convenient : Living area in the main wing, parental wing and children's wings well separated, it meets the needs of families.

It includes an entrance with cupboard, a stay very luminous with open kitchen (central island), a parental wing benefiting from a bedroom, a dressing room, a large bathroom (bathtub + walk-in shower), a toilet and a guest bedroom, and a children's wing offering 2 bedrooms of 13 m2, a shared bathroom and a toilet. A pantry / laundry room is also positioned in connection with the carport.

A pool house houses the machinery of the pool and allows storage of garden / pool accessories. It also offers an area of covered terrace, not far from the kitchen.

C / U house

The C shape (or U shape) allows you to create a small cocoon very intimate for the swimming pool, the terrace and to avoid vis à vis neighboring side while protecting yourself from the winds.

Architect's house

Architect plan allows you to delete or reduce drastically lost spaces like the corridors and therefore to gain in living space or in price.
An architectural plan combines functional and aesthetic while reducing the areas of corridors to the strict minimum. The Caize house has less than 5m2 of hallway! The storeroom is glued to the carport.

Contemporary and traditional house

L'architecture conserve local spirit thanks to its tiled roofs but rewritten in a contemporary way thanks to the gray shade coverage and dark joinery.
