Caba House

This contemporary house from single storey of 174 m2 extends on an east west axis in order to offer south orientation as many rooms as possible (only one bedroom overlooks the garden at the back).

Very luminous thanks to its open spaces and his full height bay windows, she owns very few clearances(thus freeing up the maximum amount of living space) but lots of storage.

It includes an entrance with cupboard and wc, a long vacation of nearly 60 m2 (at triple orientation) with open kitchen of 20 m2 with central island (cellar adjoining the kitchen), a parental suite triple orientation (bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and wc) well separated a children's area which offers two bedrooms, an office area (or games area) and a bathroom.

Cars can be parked under a shelter (2 places) and a closed storage space is provided for the mower, bikes, skis,andc.

T-house

The form and T allows you to create several views et orientations different according to the wings of the house, also avoiding the opposite between rooms. The light natural is thus sufficient and the privacy protected.

Architect's house

An architectural plan combines functional and aesthetic and allows to to delete or drastically reduce wasted spaces such as hallways and therefore to gain in living space or in price. The Caba house does not have a hallway! the sleeping area is very well separated from day corner, and the parental suite separate from the children's rooms.

Contemporary house

The architecture implements roof terraces with a large overhang, thus protecting the bay windows from overheating.
