This contemporary house at partial floor understand :

- At ground floor an entrance with cupboards, a large living room in L with a double height part (large dining kitchen), a parental suite well insulated (bedroom opening onto the terrace, dressing room and bathroom), a toilet, an extra bedroom / office with its own bathroom, a pantry and a storage room directly connected to the kitchen,

- At the 1er floor, two children's bedrooms, a bathroom and a small mezzanine overlooking the living room.

One carport allows the parking of two cars.

The house also has a terrace not covered and a covered terrace.

Plan features

L-shaped house

The L shape allows you to create an outdoor space (terrace and swimming pool) protected from the winds and from the neighbors while remaining sufficiently open to keep a beautiful light.

Architect's house

Architect plan allows the clearance surfaces to be reduced to its strict minimum: The House Borde has less than 2m2 of hallway. The carport / storage / pantry / kitchen link greatly facilitates daily life, especially in the management of shopping.

Traditional house

The architecture implements roofs in gray tiles. Extending the roof to cover the patio roof and the carport and creating large windows brings a very contemporary touch.

This house includes 4 bedrooms : 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs.

Partial floor plan

Partial floor allows breaking the horizontal which can be monotonous on a tiled roof architecture, while marking the main wing. It also helps to create a double height on the show.
