Bois house

This contemporary house wrapped in drink fits perfectly into a wooded environment. His both large glass facades allow you to remove the break between inside and outside letting nature infiltrate the house.

The roof monopente in zinc helps protect tall windows from overheating.

It includes an entrance, a living room offering several small spaces : salon(slightly below), Dining Area, TV area and kitchen, a cellar(directly linked to the kitchen). On the ground floor in the wing of single storey are located children's rooms (with cupboard), a bathroom and a toilet.

Upstairs is reserved for parents : The staircase leads to a mezzanine, then gives access through a metal gangway to the parental room with its own bathroom.

Compact form house

The form compact is economic ; it therefore makes it possible to obtain a ratio per m2 more affordable. In addition, on sloping land, it can be a solution to not touch the ground by being established on the same contour line.

Architect's house

An architectural plan combines functional and aesthetic and allows to to delete or drastically reduce wasted spaces such as hallways and therefore to gain in living space or in price. The Bois house has less than 3m2 of corridors!

Contemporary house

The architecture implements single-pitch zinc roofs. Apart from their ultra look contemporary, these roofs also serve as sunscreen south side thanks to their large overflow.
