This contemporary house is suitable for very steep terrain. It therefore consists of three levelswhich follow the slope of the land.

The main level consists of an entrance with cupboard, a long living room with open kitchen at double orientation(a small cellar is directly linked to the kitchen), laundry room, and a parental suite (bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and wc).

1er floor offer three children's bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.

The garden level (under the main level) benefits from a large garage and of two rooms with shower room and wc that can also be converted into office. 

The exteriors include a pool at garden level with its terrace as well as a terrace at the living room with area for the dining table.

The facades are widely open to enter a maximum natural light.

The form compact is economic ; it therefore makes it possible to obtain a more affordable ratio per m2. It is also a solution on sloping terrain to easily set up parallel to a contour line.

Architect's house

Architect plan allie functional and aesthetic. The pantry is directly linked to the kitchen. The bedrooms are separate from each other: parental suite on the main level and children's bedrooms on the other levels.
