Ausse House

This contemporary architect-designed house of 192 m² with partial floor with cut volumes mixes the roof tiles (on the House) and roof terrace (on the garage). The project consists of four entities:

- the main house which surrounds the swimming pool thanks to its C shape,

- a double garage with direct access to the house

- a carport, in connection with the entrance to the house

 

The ground floor includes an entrance with cupboard and WC, a large living room in L(the dining area is at double height, bathed in light with a direct view of the pool while the living room is more intimate, with a large open kitchen(out of step with the living room so as not to offer a direct view of the worktops from the living room), a half-open playroom (but not offering a direct view of the toys), a wing dedicated to the parental suite (master bedroom, dressing room, large bathroom), a pantry (in connection with the kitchen and the garage), and a laundry room (in direct connection with the outside).

 

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and an office isolated from the bedrooms. A bridge allows you to move upstairs along the empty on living room.

 

The living room has a bay window any height bringing a maximum of natural light.

The C-shape allows you to create a small cocoon very intimate for the swimming pool, the terrace and to avoid the opposite side

Architect's house

The partial floor allows here to offer a high central volume, interesting in architecture to mark the main wing. In addition, inside a empty on living room is created offering the dining room a double height ceiling.
