Alto House

This contemporary house of 173 m2 architect set up following a C shapeopen so as to get a mind cocoon while making the most of the environment. On the entrance side, however, the facade is more closed to keep privacy.

It includes on the ground floor a Entrance with large closet, a large living room where several uses stand out : a lounge area luminous at double height,a more dining areacosyin direct relation with the food, slightly shifted which opens directly onto the terrace and an office area. The west wing of the house hosts the parental suite including a large bedroom with corner bay, a dressing, a bathroom and a toilet.

This level also benefits from technical spaces: a storeroom directly linked to the kitchen, a boiler room, a garage for 2 cars and a pool-house.

We access the first floor via a stairs very lightweight, air which results in a small clearance distributing a bedroom, a bathroom with wc and a bridge giving access to the mezzanine and the last bedroom.
