Albe House

This contemporary house bathed in light and opened on all sides knows how to play open spaces while offering atmospheres different for each use.

It consists on the ground floor of a large entrance with cupboard, a open kitchen with ilôt central, a storeroom (directly linked to the carport and very close to the kitchen) and a long vacation benefiting from double height at the dining area. The chimney, an important element of the decoration slightly conceals the staircase which leads to the master bedroom upstairs. Near the stairs, a small space "oenology"allows you to store your bottles while offering an element of decoration.

The bedroom wing is separated from the living area by a big patio. The latter is bordered by a glass office which provides access to two large children's bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a guest bedroom with private shower room.

Upstairs, the parental suite consists of a large bedroom offering a view from above on the living room, a dressing room and a large bathroom.

Outside, cars parked under a shelter. The terrace extends to the west by acovered summer kitchen which can also accommodate a outdoor lounge.

A second summer terrace is also planned in the North for the hottest days.

The cut shapeallows you to create distinct views and atmospheres for the different parts of the house by avoiding vis-à-vis between rooms. The link to garden is very strong and the light important natural.

Architect's house

An architectural plan combines functional and aesthetic. The night space of the children (ground floor) is well separated from that of the parents (floor). the carport / storeroom linkclose to the food is very appreciable on a daily basis.

Contemporary house

The architecture implements roof terraces overflowing thanks to a cap. The siding of the floor brings a touch contemporary.

Partial storey house plan

The partial floor allows here to offer a volume high central, interesting in architecture to mark the main wing. It also offers a beautiful ceiling height to stay.
