Alba House

This contemporary house of 127 m2 perfectly combines the single-slope zinc roof and the roof terraces. His stay uncapped at exposed frame is surprising by its natural light (It is crossing and enjoys a large trapezoidal window above the main bay window) and its side "loft" (visible beams, mezzanine).

The house has a small entrance, a large living room with open kitchen (a cellar gives directly to the kitchen), a wing dedicated to parents(bedroom opening onto the terrace, bathroom, dressing room and wc), a mezzanine office, and a separate wing dedicated to children (two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet).

A garage for two cars is attached to the house.
