Choose your house plan
To choose your plan, you must first select your search criteria: Maison desingle storeyor tostage, U-shaped house, L-shaped houseor compact,contemporary house, modernor traditional,3 bedroom houseWhere4 bedrooms, etc.
Our plans are classified into three categories: Plans of contemporary houses (often with a terrace roof), plans of traditional houses (often with a sloping roof), plans of houses on sloping ground (with various possibilities of adaptation to the slope) .
In each category, the plans can be filtered according to several criteria:
Single storey or floor
Single-storey, split-level, with partial or full floor, with basement
number of rooms
2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms, 6 bedrooms, 7 bedrooms
Surface
Less than 100 m2 / 100 to 139 m2 / 140 to 169 m2 / 170 to 209 m2 / more than 210 m2
Estimated price of the house
From € 100,000 to € 150,000, from € 151,000 to € 200,000, from € 201,000 to € 250,000, from € 251,000 to € 300,000, from € 301,000 to € 400,000, from € 401,000 to 500 000 €.

This pack includes a cartridge with the synthetic image of the house and the interior plans (minimum ground floor and floor if applicable) without the dimensions. The furnishings and surfaces of the rooms are mentioned.
Side plans
This pack includes a cartridge with the synthetic image of the house and the interior plans (minimum ground floor and floor if applicable) with the interior and exterior dimensions
Complete package
This pack includes a cartridge with the synthetic image of the house and the interior plans (minimum ground floor and floor if applicable) with the interior and exterior dimensions. It also includes all the synthetic images of the house and, depending on the case (see the descriptions of each house), the facades and the roof plan.
